Hello, I am looking to install a brake controller on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 hd 6.0... with factory tow package Please share if this is compatible to my truck Do I need any additional hardware? Any adapters to make this compatible to my rig? Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional Thanks,

Hello Joseph, thanks for reaching out. The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness # TK99HR will have everything you need to install the brake controller on your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500. This includes the custom adapter that makes it directly compatible with the factory tow package on your truck.
Since you have the tow package, I assume you already have a 7-way on the back of the truck. If you need one, you can use part # PK11898. This is the only additional part that may be needed.
