Will The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 AL88375 Work With A 4" Rear Lowering Kit?

Can these be used in tandem with a 4 inch rear lowering kit?

Hello Trent, thanks for reaching out. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88375 are designed to work with the stock ride height, so they will not work with a 4" rear lowering kit. The only way to use this kit would be to return the truck to the stock ride height.
There are no air bag options for a lowered 2019 Ram 1500 so we will need to look at alternative options for leveling your ride. A weight distribution hitch is one option that can work with a lowered truck. If you want to look into it, just let me know the GVWR or tongue weight of your camper and I am happy to make a recommendation.
