Question:
Hello, I have had a Maxxair 4500k rv fan for a couple of years now. It suddenly quit working in the exhaust fan direction or will barely spin and then stop. The intake direction works perfectly fine. Can you please tell me if this is a problem with the motor, or a problem with the circuit board? Thanks!

It sounds like a problem with the Circuit Board # MA10A21275K on your MaxxAir Roof Vent # MA00-04500K. I recommend using a Multimeter # PT89ZR to test voltage coming out of the circuit board going to the fan to verify the issue is not also with the Motor # MA10-20968. If you do not have a multimeter you could also switch the terminals around to see if the fan doesn't want to spin on the intake direction which would verify the issue is with the circuit board.
