Hello. I am looking to add a class 3 hitch to our imagine 23bhe for a bike rack. Can you recommend that will work best? Thank you

Matt, I'd recommend going with the Curt RV Bumper Hitch # C19101. This hitch is simple to install, has a nice 350 lb tongue weight / 3,500 lb towing weight capacity, and has that class III 2" receiver you're looking for.
