Hey Ryan,
To add a 7-way to the bed of your 2010 Ram 2500 you'll want the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932. Pollak makes the majority of factory 7-ways for Ram, GM, Ford, and Nissan so you'd be getting the same brand of what you already have and would simply plug inline with your current 7-way. I've attached a short video below where Ryan will walk you through the installation process.
