Question:
Do you offer a complete electronic disc brake kit for 3500lb boat axle?

Hi Tyler,
By "complete electronic disc brake kit" it sounds like you are wanting disc brakes and an electric-over-hydraulic actuator set up. While we do have the parts needed, there isn't a complete kit, but you can get the brakes and then a kit with the brake lines and EOH actuator together. For a 3,500 lb single-axle boat trailer here is what you'll need:
- DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit - 10" Hub/Rotor # DE46YR
- Hydrastar Electric-Hydraulic Actuator w/ Line Kit for Disc Brakes # CAR-HBA16-2
The DeeMaxx kit is a hub-and-rotor, and the calipers are made from stainless steel, which is by far the best option for boat trailers as it won't rust. Then the actuator kit comes with the rest of the parts needed, including the brake lines, for a complete EOH set up.

Hey Tyler, how did the setup go with the DeeMaxx disc brake kit and the Hydrastar actuator on your 3,500 lb boat trailer? It’d be great to hear how the full system performed once everything was connected. Your update could make it easier for others planning a similar upgrade.
