Size of Replacement Rectangular Washer for Thule Ride-On Adapter

Question:
What is the outside diameter of the part? …and the inside diameter of the small square hole? I’m doing a diy project on a car detailer skid and might be able to use this part to enlarge the square on my carriage bolts from 1/4th to 1/2”. I need to keep my bolt shaft diameter at 1/4th while enlarging the square at the head to 1/2” to go into the strut channel holes which are 1/2” as in the picture Thanks!

Hey Roger, did the rectangular washer with the 1/4-inch square hole end up working for your car detailer skid project? Your results could really help others trying to match hardware to strut channel holes.
