I have a 3 hitch with a larger diameter pin that wont go thru the 2 hole on the adapter and flat tow bar. using smaller diameter pin lead to slop in the 3 hitch?

Hey Gerry,
The Buyers Products 3" to 2" Receiver Tube Adapter # 337RTA302 uses a 5/8" hitch pin, but I'm assuming you probably have a 3/4" hitch pin hole on your 3" receiver? If so then the Curt Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeves - 3" to 2-1/2" or 2" # C45408 would be a better option for you help eliminate play.

Hey Gerry, how did things work out with the Curt hitch reducer sleeves for your 3-inch receiver? Did they help tighten up the connection and cut down on the slop you were seeing? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same issue.
