Can The Shank For The GearSpace Enclosed Cargo Carrier Be Installed Upside Down

Can the mount go into the reciever either up or down? One way is kinda high up.

Hi Gregory,
The GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch # HGK819 should only be installed into the receiver tube facing up. The extra height is for clearance to ensure you won't scrape the bottom when going up or down a hill.
