Hi Suzan; if you're saying you want to be able to use your 7-way on the vehicle to power the 4-way on your bike rack you can use a simple adapter like the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716.

If you are trying to use your 7-way for a trailer and also have power for the bike rack 4-way at the same time that is a bit more complicated. If you can provide me with the year, make, and model of your vehicle I can see what is available to accomplish this if that's what you're looking for.

@Suzan thank you for the vehicle information. You won't be able to pull power off of the same connector without potentially overloading the circuit so you will need to install an additional 4-way on top of the factory connector. All of the custom wiring harnesses use the same plug your factory connector is already using so you will need to add the # C59236 which splices into your turn signal wiring. This has its own powered converter so using your factory connector and this 4-way at the same time won't be a problem.
