Fifth Wheel Tailgate that Fits 2017 Ram 2500

Question:
We have a 2017 2500 ram truck. Looking for metal louvered 5th wheel tailgate. No lock needed. want the distance of the top rail from the truck bed to where it bends down for the the 5th wheel to be shortest as possible. please provide this measurement, thanks

Hey Mike, for your 2017 Ram 2500 we have the Stromberg Carlson fifth wheel tailgate part # VGD-10-4000 that has a nice deep center section to allow a pin box to pass through. From the top surface of the railing down to the bottom of the cutout measures 12 inches.
