I have a 2019 Subaru outback, what carrier and bag would you recommend?

I recommend going with the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98874 because it has both folding and tilting features to make it easier get into the back of your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon.
Then for a bag, I really like the CargoSmart Cargo Bag # CS34FR since it's water resistant and comes with an easy strap system for securing the bag to the carrier.
If your Outback Wagon doesn't already have a trailer hitch then I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e42TR because it has a hidden crosstube and a matte black finish, which is stronger than the classic glossy black finish.
