Is The Rubber Pad On A Rota-Flex Pin Box Replaceable
Updated 02/03/2026 | Published 06/23/2024 >
Question:
Am I able to replace the rubber pad between the sub assemble and the rotating portion? According to the lippert website, it is part 420591- description is Plate 11.38x1.50. I have a customer whose plate has split and it is moving back and forth in the hitch. Im trying to find out if that is replaceable. Thanks, Kevin

Hey Kevin,
The rubber plate for your customer's Rota-Flex pin box is unfortunately not sold separately and would not be a replaceable part. They would be looking at a complete replacement of the pin box. To find the correct replacement we'll need to determine the bolt pattern, which we can look up if you can find the sticker that lists the RPO, LCI item, and serial numbers.
