We need a strap for a fat tire The one we have is a total of 12 inches

Hi Dee,
The Inno Fork Lock bike racks unfortunately do not not have a fat tire adapter so you would need to go with a different rack like the Yakima HighSpeed Roof Bike Rack # Y02115, which can accommodate tires up to 5" wide.
