Is There An RV Camera System Compatible With A GM Dash Monitor

Question:
Hi I have a questions about a travel trailer backup camera. I would like to get a backup camera for my travel trailer. The trailer comes with a camera mount only. My truck is a 2020 Silverado 1500 crew cab with the max tow option. It has the OEM backup camera and trailer hitch camera. Is there a trailer camera that can be installed and will integrate with the trucks OEM display?

Hi Tony,
The only camera system that would integrate with your dash monitor would be GM's own proprietary camera system, which you would have to get from them. If the trailer already has a mount in place then you likely have Furrion or Voyager camera system pre-wiring in place. If you can send me a picture of the mount I can identify what you have.
