Question:
Greetings. I’m having trouble getting the key to turn in the hitch lock so I can get it off my trailer. Any ideas? Sure I have the right key.

If the key won't turn at all it could be a stuck tumbler. I recommend getting some WD40 and spraying it into the key hole. Use the key to work the WD40 into the lock core inserting and removing the key several times. Eventually, hopefully the lock core will release and work again. Otherwise, the lock might be beyond saving and will need to be replaced.
