The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX96NV is both height adjustable from either 18" or 28" tall and both the front and rear racks can be slid in the mounting channel. This will fit your 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning with or without a tonneau cover.
If you are more concerned with sliding the uprights more easily the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-508 would be a better option.
If you wish to have a durable tonneau cover the Pace Edwards UltraGroove # PE39UV paired with the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-5855 would be a great combination. The uprights are adjustable and they can slide on the T-track rails the UltraGroove tonneau cover uses.
