Will this fit a 2005 Infiniti fx35? If not, do you have another suggestion that will work? We have 2 girls bikes, does the optional adapter bar work for two bikes?

The Thule Gateway trunk mount bike rack does fit your 2006 Infiniti FX35. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.
The adapter bar, # TH982XT, is for one bike. For 2 bikes that would require adapter bars to mount you would need 2 of the bars. I have linked a video showing how they work.
