Mounting Hardware for Yakima SkinnyWarrior Basket to Fit Yakima EXO SwingBase

I already own a Yakima SkinnyWarrior. Can it be mounted on the SwingAway swing base? Or if I want a basket do I need to buy the specific Yakima GearWarrior for this? Thanks

Hey Patrick, thanks for reaching out!
The GearWarrior # Y37VR and SkinnyWarrior # Y07014 have different dimensions and when I reached out to my contact at Yakima they said they haven't given the green light on using the SkinnyWarrior with the EXO SwingBase # Y34VR.
With that being said, the replacement mounting hardware for the GearWarrior includes parts # Y46QJ and # Y66QJ so if you wanted to try using your SkinnyWarrior, you're more than welcome to! Please note that you'll need 2 of each of these parts for getting the basket mounted to the EXO SwingBase.

Hi Jon, I'm not sure when this original question was posted, but I have the same question. Has there been any update on this? I have a skinnywarrior as well and would prefer to use this on the swingbase vs. buying an additional gearwarrior. Do we know if the skinnywarrior is compatible if the replacement cleats are purchased for it? Thank you!
