Hello Jamie. We do offer trailer hitches for your 2023 Hyundai Kona. They are all class 1 hitches technically. What I recommend is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT52GR. This is a class 1 hitch, but it has a 2" receiver and a 300 lb tongue weight rating. The 2" receiver is universal so you will have no trouble finding compatible accessories like a bike rack or ball mount. The rest of the hitches for the 2023 Kona have a 1-1/4" receiver, so the Draw-Tite will definitely be the best option.
