What changed between 2021 and 2022 F250s so part/item number 3460001 won’t work with my 2022 Ford truck ?

Hey Brady, thanks for reaching out!

It looks like for this we're going by what the manufacturer states and for whatever reason they stopped their fit list after the 2021 model year. Since it looks like the 14th Gen Super Duty started with the 2021 model year the Custom Third Brake Light Camera for 8" Factory Monitor # 3460001 should work, we just unfortunately don't have a way to confirm this.

Sometimes we're able to determine fits when a manufacturer hasn't confirmed anything, but this is with more general things like trailer hitches where it's easier to see the differences. With this 3rd brake light camera there is a mounting pattern as well as all of the wiring that has to be tested in order for this to all work properly.

The best option I have for you is the Custom Third Brake Light Camera System # 3460004 which does use a separate monitor, but it will get you the 3rd brake light camera that you're wanting.
