i ordered this for my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee limited your site said it would work but the ends are not the same as i have i need to return and try to get the correct one

Hello Mike. The Curt T-Connector # C55349 that you ordered is for the 1994-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which explains why it is not fitting your 2020 model.
For the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need the Curt # C62VR instead. I have linked our install video for you below. I will have customer service reach out to you to initiate a return.
