I plan on ordering the harness and bracket with this hitch. Do the holes come pre-drilled for the harness bracket? Thanks

Yes, the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 does come with mounting holes pre-drilled so you can mount the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56394 on it for your 2020 Chevy Traverse.
I believe that's what you were asking, but if you were asking about if the # e56YR hitch or harness has any holes, then no it does not.
