Need to replace short hook assembly for Swagman 66689 SPEC E-Bike Rack. Key 339

Hello Mark. We do offer the Replacement Locking Long and Short Hooks # SP428 which are for the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack. The hooks are sold as a set, so this will mean replacing both hooks. Also, we cannot guarantee any specific key code, but when you order the set, both hooks will come keyed the same. They are not sold individually I am afraid.
