Availability of Replacement Adjustable Height Knobs for Thule Xsporter Pro Ladder Rack

Question:
I have the Thule Xporter Pro in silver that has adjustable height. 2 of the black knobs used to adjust the height of uprights are spinning but not loosening to allow me to adjust the height. Just wondering if this is a common defect and how I can fix. Thanks!

Hey Leon, the correct replacement knob you'd need for your Thule Xsporter Pro is the part # 852-3170001 which is what adjusts the height of the uprights. I wouldn't say it's a common defect but it is somethin that does pop up from time to time. You'd need to replace what you have with these.
