Hi! Do you happen to know if this ítem fits a 2020 X5 with the M-package trim?

The # DT96GR fits all models of the 2020 X5 except those with the M Sport package or M models. This means it will not fit your X5. The only option for models with the M Sport package is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH89VR. If you plan on towing you will need the # SH25VR with the towing kit instead. The basic hitch comes with a receiver rated for accessories. When you add the towing kit you also get a ball mount and 7-way wiring for trailer towing.
