I am looking for an adapter with a threaded pin to snug up the hitch within the 2 in. Receiver is there a 1 1/4 to 2 in adapter with a threaded pin?

What I recommend is to use a reducer sleeve, # HT02, an anti-rattle device # 63232, and then use the threaded bolt for your Parkway like normal on the 1-1/4 inch side of the reducer sleeve. This will take the wobble out at the receiver and adapter and at the bike rack and adapter.
