Troubleshooting a Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness That Does Not Work

Question:
I just installed the wire harness and relays on a 2020 pathfinder the flat 4 version. Nothing works

Sorry to hear about that Michael. There are a couple of basic troubleshooting steps you can do but really the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C56357 is plug and play.
The first thing I'd check is the ground wire and make sure it's connected to a solid bare metal surface that does not have any dirt or rust. Also make sure the wire isn't damaged or loose.
If that's all good check and make sure that the connector is getting the proper 12V needed to operate. You can use a multimeter for this. If the connector is not getting enough voltage then that's likely your issue and you'll need to go through your vehicle wiring and look for any damaged wiring,
