Question:

The blue light won’t come on when connected so I can’t connect to Bluetooth. What could be the reason why?

We do know of a few vehicles like the 2015 and newer Ford F-150's that have issues sending power to the auxiliary line on the 7-way which powers the Curt Echo # C51180, as they are required to put the truck into a tow/haul mode before it sends power to the 7-way. Otherwise I would start by checking with your vehicle manufacturer to determine if you have a similar issue. Next you will want to check your owners manual to determine what fuses/relays there are for your 7-way as it could have simply had a damaged fuse.

If you can provide me more information on your vehicle I can check and see if we have any known issues for that vehicle.

I have a 2008 chevy 1500 4x4 with tow package. The 7 pin connector is work with the 4 wire adapter to provide lights to the trailer. I purchased a curt echo wireless controler that will not light up to pair with the app. I engage the tow switch in the truck once the truck is strarted. plug in the controller. No light. I think im not recieveing a gound , since goung for lights only is proberly being made through the hitch to connect. Any help?
