I installed unit in my 2003 ford escape S Line with tow pigtail on rear left side. I checked fuse and good. Still not working. Any other checks u can recommend

The issue is the # C59ZV is the incorrect replacement 4-way for the 2003 Ford Escape. What you will need for the replacement 4-way for your '03 Escape is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55255.
