Hey Chandler. Yes, your Curt Q25 hitch head will indeed work with the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package # C16020. Just keep in mind that the slider base is rated for 24,000 lbs instead of 25,000 lbs for the head. So, 24,000 lbs will be the max towing capacity for this setup.
