should the cooling fan run continuosly when shoreline is plugged in? sorry cant send a picture

The fan in the # PD4645V is temperature controlled so typically it does not run continuously. However, if there are heavy loads you can expect the fan to run non-stop. According to Progressive Dynamics, this can also happen if you're charging lithium batteries.
