Expert Reply:
For your Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 I recommend the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks # CE48870. In addition to the bunk boards it comes with I would also add the CE Smith Carpeted Johnboat Bunk Board for Boat Trailers # CE27850 up on the tongue for extra support.
You can secure it by the front handle using the winch and then add some ratchet straps like # e82JR for the sides and # IMF08893 to secure it by the rear handles. You may not need ratchet straps that long for the sides, it all depends on how you go about attaching it.
