We do have the correct Curt 5th wheel brackets that fit your 2018 Ram 2500, though it's a different part number than the one you mentioned. The correct brackets are the following:
- Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for Ram Truck # C16427
Also keep in mind the # C16427 will only work with Curt base rails - part # C16104 or # C16204 - and will not work with any other manufacturer's base rails.
And just in the interest of being thorough if you happen to need a 5th wheel wiring harness for your '18 Ram 2500, what you need is the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000.
