Will this hitch fit the 2012 Ram 2500 with the diesel engine/ 6 spd auto.

My contact at Curt Manufacturing confirmed that their front-mount 2-inch hitch # C31015 will indeed fit your 2012 Ram 2500 4 X 4 diesel with automatic transmission. He also confirmed it is compatible with the OEM winch.
This hitch installs with included hardware and without drilling or welding. The linked video illustrates installation in a 2010 Ram. The written installation instructions are also included for your reference.
