Are the Grease Seals part # RG06-050 Double Lip Seals

Question:
Do these seals have the spring in the inside the helps keep the lips tight against the axle? the old ones i took off did not have this and were leaking grease out.

Yes, the Grease Seals part # RG06-050 are double lip seals that do have the spring that holds the seal against the spindle.
I attached a video on bearing repacking and grease seal installation that you might find informative as well.
