Question:
Hi, I bought a hitch from you a number of years ago for my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab Short Bed. The Product code was: 8339-4435. It has worked great. Our new gooseneck strikes the back of the cab on really sharp turns and I would like to shift the ball position back. Is there a replacement ball like GNXA4085 available for this hitch or do I need to replace the coupler on the gooseneck? Thanks, John

Hey John, you'd have to go with an all new gooseneck hitch since Draw Tite doesn't have an offset ball for that hitch. You'd need the B and W Gooseneck part # BWGNRK1308 for if you have a gas engine or part # BWGNRK1313 if its a diesel.
Then you could use the offset ball part # BWGNXA4085 which would give you 4 inches of offset.
