Hello Kathy, we have just the thing! For your 2011 Honda Element I recommend the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e78KR. This has a 2" receiver and is rated for up to 350 lbs of tongue weight. This will allow you to carry any bike rack compatible with the standard class III hitch and 2" receiver such as the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22B which is what I usually recommend.
