The Replacement 2" Adapter for Swagman 1-1/4" to 2" Bike Racks # SP323 is actually not going to work with your Thule T2 Pro X Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH83GC, instead you'd need to use the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02 which will work and has been approved by Thule.
