When installed on your 2024 Lexus NX 350, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch item # DT82QR will lower your ground clearance about 4". The receiver sticks out all the way below the back trim on your Lexus which is why it sits so far down. The benefit of this is that you don't have to cut into your Lexus.
The Draw-Tite item # DT82QR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
