Question:
Im searching using 2016 Keystone Sprinter looking for brakes. It gives me 12/2 and 10 inch options. So does that mean when I my camper specs, it is not narrowing it to exactly what fits my camper and I need to know more information?

Hi Ross,
When replacing trailer brakes the best piece of information is going to be the axle capacity since this can narrow down the compatible options very quickly. From there we can measure the inside of the drum to determine the correct fit. 5.2K - 7k axles will usually have a 12" diameter x 2" wide brake assembly while 3,500lb and 4,400lb axles will typically have 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide brake assemblies.
You can look at the axle for a white sticker to see if you can find the capacity. If not, then you can measure the diameter of the axle with a set of calipers # PTW80157 to get a good guess at what the capacity is.
Let me know what you find and I'd be happy to help you find the correct brake assemblies.
