Is this correct part to replace the actuator for a 2018 Ranger Trail tandem axel trailer.

It might be but I do not have any way of knowing what is currently on your 2018 Ranger Trail tandem axle trailer. If your Ranger boat trailer uses the Dexter DX7.5 Disc Brake Actuator, then the Replacement Inner Member for Dexter DX7.5L Actuator item # DX99FR would be the correct replacement inner member.
The outer housing on yours should have manufacturer's info stamped on it or a sticker to identify it. If you would like to email me this information directly I would be happy to confirm this is the correct part for you.
