Question:
How can I separate the trim signels and break signels on my enclosed trailer? 7 pin plug on truck and trailer 3 wires at rear for break, trim , and running lights

Since these "trim" lights turn on with your brakes I'm assuming they also flash with the turn signal. Whatever wire is running to these lights is probably spliced into the left and right turn/stop circuit. All you need to do is disconnect that wire from the signal/brake wire.
I'm assuming you want them to work with the running lights so splicing them into what is typically the brown wire would do the trick. Colors aren't always true to function so it would be a good idea to test the wire functions with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to make sure it you're connecting to the right wire.

I was actually trying to get the yellow ones to flash with the turn signals and the long red leds to shine with the break lights
