Recommended Replacement Switch Kit for a Solera Awning

Question:

My solara awning switch needs replacement but when I pulled the switch out, it has 8 fins on the back, not 6 as shown on the replacement part diagram. There are 2 sets of white and white with a green stripe wires coming from the wall. Will this part work?

Hey Tom, yeah it does look like the Replacement Switch Kit for Solera Power RV Awnings # LC285500 will still work as a replacement for your Solera awning.

This switch will replace the switch on any 12v Solera awning, so it'll work fine with yours. I've also included a wiring diagram for the switch so you can take a look at how things will be wired up.
