Can this Hollywood HLY66ZR rack be installed on the front 2receiver on my 2018 Ford F 150 4x4. I have a Curt 2inch receiver installed to fit the vehicle

No, I am sorry the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack item # HLY66ZR doesn't have the strength to be rated for use on a front mount hitch.
Instead, you will want the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # HLY64FR. This by far the best bike rack we have for a front hitch. It has an 80 lbs per bike weight capacity, adjustable cradles for odd frame sizes, adjustable wheel hoops for fat tires up to 5" wide, and is front hitch approved.

Thanks Jarred H. I did not mention it , But I will need something with ramps. Things are getting more difficult to lift as I get older. Got anything else with ramps that will work?
