Is there a roof bike rack for a 2021 Ford F-350 that would fit two kids bikes 20 inch and 24? Preferably one that doesnt requires the wheels to be taken off?

I have 2 different options for you and it really just boils down to what you're looking to get out of the bike rack system.

My first choice for you is the Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103 because it's compatible with down to 20" wheels and is a very solid bike rack. I've installed a bit of the Yakima products personally and I've always been confident in the quality and durability of their racks. This is a single bike application though so if you're looking to carry both bikes at the same time you'll need 2 of these.

The alternative option I found is the Inno Quick Base Roof Bike Platform Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # IN96MR and I only recommend going this route if you plan on carrying both bikes pretty frequently. This comes in a 2-bike configuration and if you also get the hitch mounted Quick Base # IN92RR it enables you to move the bike rack to the hitch on your 2021 Ford F-350 for easier loading when you aren't utilizing the hitch for something else. So more of a high-end solution but the convenience might be worth it if you'll be taking the kid's bikes with you pretty often.
