Question:
I have a 3,500 lb 21 ft travel trailer. What jack would you recommend? My plates under the trailer are not a very large piece of metal. Stabilizer jacks that came with trailer are very hard to lift trailer. Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Leveling Scissor Jacks #TJSCHD-24 that you referenced would do an excellent job as replacement stabilizer jacks. These have way more than enough capacity for your trailer so they wouldn't be difficult to lift your trailer. These can be welded or bolted on.
For a stabilizer jack that would make your towing experience even easier check out the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705. Once installed you would never have to mess with manually cranking your stabilizer jacks again.
