Question:

I am preparing my 2019 equinox to be flat towed and planned on adding the Curt towbar extension cord with socket #C59HR. My question is how do you connect the socket to the vehicle? I also plan on purchasing the Roadmaster direct connect base plate but I did not see anywhere the socket would attach to the plate. Is there a separate bracket that will attach to either the car or base plate to hold the 6 way socket? Thank you

Hey Anthony, it's pretty odd but the Curt tow bar wiring kit part # C59HR does not come with a mounting bracket for the 6-way so you would need to also go with the part # C92CR to mount it to the bottom edge of your front bumper.
