Hi Jeannine,
I did some searching and was (eventually) able to find out your 24VIEW came stock with 205/75-14 tires, similar to the Kenda Karrier # AM32131. This size tire will have an overall diameter of 26.3" and a width of 8.1" when fully inflated. With that in mind, the Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Tire w 15" Phoenix Wheel # LH52FR you found has an overall diameter of 28.9" and a width of 9.3" when fully inflated.
You want to make sure you have at least 3" of clearance from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender/wheel well and at least 1.5" of clearance between the sidewall of the tire and frame/wheel well. This allows for proper axle movement.
With this information, you will have to make the call as we do not have a way to measure for these clearances. If you do have ample room, the # LH52FR has the same 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern your stock wheels have and you are good to go. If you do not have the space for it, I would recommend sticking with the stock tire size.
