Will the kit RM-2460-2570 work with a camper that has a 42-in axle spread? If not, does that company have a kit that does with a 42-in axle spread? If so, what is the part number?

No, I am sorry they do not. The Roadmaster Comfort Ride item # RM-2460-2570 you were looking at tops out at a 35" axle spread.
Roadmaster's largest Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks item # RM-2470-2580 will fit on axles up to 41-1/2" apart on center. They do not have anything for a 42" spread.
